Board member, founder and all around inspiration Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE agreed to open up about her fitness habits to Flex and here’s what we found.

What’s your exercise routine?
To be frank, it’s currently nonexistent. I have free access to a gym, but don’t go.
Describe the last time you fell off the fitness wagon and what did you do to get back on?
I’ve not quite fallen off it. I did an intense 5 months last year ahead of a holiday and haven’t continued.
How do you feel when you’re regularly exercising in a week compared to not? i.e. tiredness, cognitive function, performance
I feel a bit more smug, and also incredibly alert early in the day.
How many hours do you sleep at night?
Anywhere between 5 and 8
Do you have a ritual before you go exercise?
I put my headphones in.
